Your data, your control.

What data we hold about you

When you connect a TikTok or Instagram account to Looppost, we store:

• Your TikTok user ID, display name, and profile picture
• Your TikTok access token and refresh token
• Your Instagram professional account ID, username, profile picture URL, encrypted access token, and token expiration date, when connected
• Scheduled and published posts (captions, image URLs, scheduling time)
• Periodic TikTok and Instagram analytics snapshots (views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, and interactions when available)
• Uploaded carousel images
• Session data (login cookies)

How to delete your data

Option 1 — Delete from within your account

If you are logged in, you can delete your account and all associated data directly:

Option 2 — Email request

If you no longer have access to your account, send a deletion request to:

privacy@looppost.xyz

Include your Looppost email and connected social username so we can identify your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What happens when you delete your account

• Your user record is permanently removed from our database
• All scheduled and published posts associated with your account are deleted
• All analytics snapshots for your account are deleted
• All uploaded images in your folder are permanently deleted from our server
• Your TikTok and Instagram access tokens are deleted — Looppost can no longer access those accounts
• Your active session is terminated

Note: Deleting your Looppost account does not delete content already published on TikTok or Instagram. Remove published content in the destination platform.

Revoking TikTok access without deleting your account

You can revoke Looppost's access to your TikTok account at any time from your TikTok settings:

1. Open TikTok → Profile → Settings → Security → Authorized apps
2. Find "Looppost" and tap "Remove access"

This will invalidate your tokens but will not delete your Looppost account data. To delete all data, use the options above.

Revoking Instagram access without deleting your account

You can remove Looppost from Instagram's authorized apps in your Instagram website or app settings. Meta then sends Looppost a signed deauthorization request so we can delete the connected Instagram account data. You can also disconnect the account from Looppost's Connections page.
